SPPR's Favorite Small Businesses

Small Business Saturday is here! While we love celebrating small businesses all year, the holiday season is such a fun time to support brands hard at work. We're highlighting some of our team's favorite businesses below. Keep scrolling to shop and snag some gifts for your friends + family (or for yourself... we won't tell).

Banh Mi & Ti - Dyan's Pick

Silverlake Wine - Dyan's Pick

One of our favorite wine shops! Stop by for a great selection of organic, biodynamic, natural wine, spirits, beer in the LA area. | image via @silverlakewine

Hand's down one of our favorite LA businesses! Owned by powerhouse twin sisters Sarah & Boo, they not only make the most stunning charcuterie boards, but also have the cutest Santa Monica shop filled with the most giftable items, cheeses, wine and beer. | image via @ladyandlarder

Gift any jelly from Kelly's (or enjoy it yourself) and trust us - NO ONE will be disappointed. | image via @the_platter_girl

A cozy favorite! It's safe to say we all own our own Seek & Swoon products by now and couldn't be more in love with their cozy throws. Not only is S&S women-owned, but their soft knit blankets are made in America from recycled cotton yarn and inspired by places near and far. | image via @seekandswoon

You can't go wrong with ANY of their sauces or spice blends. Our go-to pick: the Spice Stocking Stuffer Bundle. | image via @outside_table

Looking to gift some major chill this holiday season? Look no further. Our team loves every flavor of Crisp & Crude's non-alcoholic ready-to-drink cocktails that will give you the ultimate dose of chill. | image via @drinkcrispandcrude

Your go-to for thoughtfully sourced home decor from various fair trade companies. They donate a portion of our sales to various Special needs charities, their local NICU and other causes that are near to their hearts. | image via @dexandbodie

They have a tasting room in downtown Sonoma that we visited recently and it was so much fun to not only taste the different balsamic and olive oils but to taste them together in different pairings. The mini bottles make for a great fit. Two pairings that make for amazing salad dressings are the: Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar x Basil Olive Oil and White Balsamic Vinegar x Persian Lime Olive Oil

Truly 02 - Kelly's Pick

I met the founder at a Naturally Boulder event and tried samples and was blown away by the facial cream. It feels amazing on your skin and provides great hydration, especially out in Denver where it is so dry. Plus, the packaging is beautiful! | image via @truly02

Female-founded shop in LA (Silver Lake, Culver City, WeHo), Broome Street General Store is stocked with the best-in-class goods from food and books to beauty and health & wellness. | image via @platform_la

EDj - Ashley's Pick

Started by two moms in LA, EDj is a small shop that makes custom headbands from vintage scarves. Perfect to add some flair to your look. | image via @shop.edj

Kinfield - Camy's Pick

Clean, functional skincare for the outdoors (vegan, cruelty-free, Leaping Bunny certified, reef-safe, female-owned). | image via @blushandcoffee

Malibu Apothecary - Camy's Pick

Clean, luxury candles inspired by coastal regions from Malibu to Cap-d’Ail, hand-poured in Southern California (cruelty-free, no parabens, no phthalates, no formaldehyde, no known or suspected carcinogens, no known or suspected endocrine disruptors).

Seager Co. - Sami's Pick

If you have someone who loves to be outdoors, I'm a big fan of Seager Co., especially for the men in your life! The brand brings to life experiences and apparel that are inspired by the grit and the ruggedness of the Old West. | image via @seager_co

Favor Jewelry - Sami's Pick

I absolutely LOVE their jewelry! I have big fingers so it's nice to have access to jewelry that is sustainably made with recycled, hypoallergenic metals that fit! Their hairpieces are also stunning. | image via @favorjewelry

The Artie Party - Sami's Pick

Julia, the face behind The Artie Party is an absolute gem and air plant whisperer. She hand makes all of her air plant hangers, cups and gorgeous driftwood pieces. I have a couple of her pieces in my house and love them! They're such a piece of joy. | image via @the.artie.party
